Our corrections policy explains how factual issues are reviewed and labeled. The editorial standard explains which sources and publication checks we use.

Response targets

• Source or policy questions: reviewed within business days and triaged for immediate risk first.
• Content corrections: routed through the correction workflow and returned with an outcome when validated.
• Urgent accuracy complaints: flagged separately so the page can be reviewed before additional distribution.
